Healthy Baked Oatmeal

 2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup natural cane sugar or maple syrup
 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
 2 cups milk
 1 egg
 3 tablespoons butter melted and cooled slightly
 2 teaspoon vanilla
 2 bananas
 1 1/2 cups of any berries
 1/2 cup of choice of nut if you like
Mix saving the bananas, berries and nuts to mix last. Place mixture in a greased 8" pan or muffin pan. Pre-heat to 375 and bake for 35 - 45 minutes. Keep a good eye so not to over bake. Let cool and enjoy. Modify the recipe to your liking in the future.
